We are currently looking for Customer Service / Call Center Specialists to join our team in Waterloo, ON.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Call Center Manager, Onward Manufacturing is looking to add detail-oriented team players to our Customer Service department. The incumbents will play a key role in communicating with our consumer network, answering general questions related to the Company’s products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to consumer general inquiries over various media forms
- Solution consumer product problems
- Educate consumers on product capabilities
- Enter consumer warranty / cash sale orders into our ERP
- Process cash sale transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Personable and an Empathetic personality
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and dedicated to supporting the team
- General knowledge in MS Office applications (word, excel, power point, etc.)
