Mikey's White Fish & Smokey Bacon Kebabs

  • 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 8 strips bacon


  1. Preheat barbecue on HIGH.
  2. Combine lemon juice and paprika in a shallow glass dish. Add fish and toss to coat. Cut each strip of bacon in half, and wrap around the chunks of fish. Secure well on a skewer (the double pronged version work well).
  3. Reduce the heat to MEDIUM - LOW. Place skewers on the barbecue and cook, turning as necessary, until the fish is cooked through.
